Robust Spatial-Temporal Analysis of Toddler Pneumonia Cases and its Influencing Factors

Pneumonia is a disease that causes inflammation of the lungs and one most common diseases infecting toddlers. As directly infectious disease, there possibility influence location diversity on number pneumonia sufferers. Robust Geographically Temporally Weighted Regression (RGTWR) method used to model data by considering heterogeneity time overcome outliers in data. The sufferers aged under five factors are thought it, namely health centers, population density, percentage children with complete basic immunizations, who exclusively breastfed 0-6 months, poor people. This study was conducted find out significantly affect each observation. RGTWR produces an optimal R2 value 99.9997%, Mean Absolute Deviation 21.6852, Median 6.9661 compared model.
